Rugger Express accepts liability for all arrangements of your tour or excursion that are within our control. This includes acts of and/or ommisions by our employees, agents, sub-agents and suppliers.
We shall not be responsible or accept liability for death, bodily injury or illness caused to the client or any other named person on the booking form, except where resulting from the negligent act/ommissions of our employees, agents, sub-agents and suppliers whilst acting within the scope of their employment contract. Any claims arising therefore shall be subject to English Law in respect of any question of liability or quantum, and all proceedings shall be within the exclusive domain of the English Courts.
We should draw your attention to the following circumstances which fall outside our direct control and we are not prepared to accept liablity.
Service, published running times and schedules are estimated only and we will not be liable for any loss, howsoever caused, arising from any delay or failure to operate a service in accordance with the published times or timetable.
We accept no liability whatsoever for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. These include but are not limited to:
War
Riot
Civil strife
Terrorist activity
Industrial disputes
Natural disasters
Fire
Technical problems with the transport system
Closure of ports, airports, motorways or the road network
and similar events beyond our control.
We accept no liability whatsoever regarding refunds of event tickets due to any of the above circumstances.
BEHAVIOUR
For your own enjoyment of the trip we advise against the over indulgence of alcohol, as you may be refused transportation.
WARNING: if for any reason you or any member(s) or your group are refused transportation on an organised vehicle, other means of transport will have to be found by yourselves. Rugger Express and/or it's agents will be exonerated. Rugger Express may allow Police or employ a private security agency to travel on their coaches at times.
THEY ARE THERE TO PROTECT THE PROPERTY OF RUGGER EXPRESS AND IT'S AGENTS AND FOR NO OTHER REASON.
IT IS A POLICE REQUIREMENT THAT THERE IS NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED ON ANY COACHES TRAVELLING TO OR FROM A SPORTS EVENT. ALL ALCOHOL FOUND ON PERSONS ON OUR VEHICLES WILL BE CONFISCATED OR CLIENTS WILL BE REFUSED TRANSPORTATION.
PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS A £1,000 FINE FOR BREAKING THE ABOVE CONDITIONS REGARDING ALCOHOL ON COACHES.
INTERNATIONAL EXCURSIONS
The following additional terms apply for any excursion which travels outside the United Kingdom.
A valid passport is required for any international excursion. This includes tours to the European Union and Rugger Express are not responsible for the refusal to allow passage of any member of your party who do not have a passport.
Rugger Express require a photocopy of your passport and/or your passport number to comply with UK and European Police regulations regarding supporters travelling abroad. This information may be passed to the National Inteligence Unit. Rugger Express will work with the police or any other security services to protect the safety of our passengers and property.
A refundable security bond is also required.
These conditions are conditions of booking with Rugger Express, a copy of which is available upon request
Please be advised that Rugger Express do not supply match day tickets and these must be purchased from an official vendor.
Rugger Express is an independent supporters travel club and is not affiliated to any Rugby Authority.

Warning to fans travelling on any Excursions
NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED
It is illigal to consume alcohol on any public service vehicle to sporting fixtures.
If you are found with alcohol on board any excursion it will be confiscated.
You may also be refused travel and you can be fined upto £1000.
